Hochang Song is a Managing Director of ESG East Asia Strategy at FiscalNote. For more than 20 years, as a Korean lawyer, he has advocated for a variety of clients, including corporations and governments, while serving in the public interest for democracy and social justice. In 2009, he conducted research on corporate governance and CSR as a visiting researcher at Cornell University. In 2012, he was elected as a member of the Korean National Assembly and acted in legislative activities for corporate social responsibility and the development of advanced science and technology. Since 2018, he has been working as a Managing Director of ESG East Asia Strategy for FiscalNote in the US.
