WASHINGTON, DC — The Korea Economic Institute of America (KEI) is pleased to announce the Ambassadors’ Dialogue, which is a high-profile outreach program featuring the current Republic of Korea Ambassador to the United States Hyundong Cho and the current U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, Philip S. Goldberg. Scheduled from September 9 to September 13, the tour will include visits to Michigan, Texas, and Arizona, highlighting the robust and growing economic partnership between the United States and the Republic of Korea (ROK).
This tour will showcase ROK investments in semiconductor components, production, and packaging in these key states, underlining the strategic importance of these sectors in the U.S.-ROK economic relationship. The program will include business roundtables, meetings with local officials, and engagements with academic institutions, including the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and Arizona State University. These interactions will facilitate deeper understanding and cooperation in technology, education, and economic development.
Scott A.
