About Lauren Kim

Lauren Kim is a Communications Intern at the Korea Economic Institute of America, where she supports the communications team through social media content creation, written materials, and day-to-day research.

She recently earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Global Studies, with a focus on Asia, peace, and conflict, from the University of California, Berkeley. Lauren has also lived and studied abroad in South Korea, Germany, and Japan, enriching her global perspective and cross-cultural understanding. Drawing from her diverse experiences and academic foundation, she is committed to strengthening Korea-U.S. relations and serving as a bridge between the two nations.
