Youngshik Bong, Assistant Professor, School of International Service, American University, Hidenaka Kato, Visiting Fellow, Japan Chair, Center for Strategic and International Studies, and John Park, Senior Research Associate, United States Institute of Peace will address issues including: the impact of the domestic political situation in Japan and Korea on bilateral relations; the rationale for reviving TCOG-like trilateral coordination; and the feasibility of trilateral coordination in the short run.
