Every January 13, KEI celebrates Korean American Day to highlight the successes and importance of the Korean American community and its contributions to U.S.-Korea relations. This year marks the 120th anniversary of Korean immigration to the United States and the 16th anniversary of KEI’s Korean American Day event.
Please join KEI for a discussion with Dr. Abraham Kim and Mr. Wonseok Song on the evolution of the Korean American community and where it’s headed. We will look into growth & prosperity over the years, but also current challenges the community faces. We will also delve into civic engagements, the role Korean Americans play in U.S. politics, and broader U.S.-Korea relations.
This event will be a hybrid with a limited in-person audience.
