Soeun Jeon is a researcher at the National Women in Agriculture Association (NWIAA) and a Ministry of Justice (South Korea)–certified specialist in multicultural society and migration policy. She has worked at the French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development and has accumulated extensive research experience through NGOs in multiple countries, including France, Germany, South Africa, the United States, Poland, and South Korea. She has authored academic and policy-oriented publications, including contributions to The Diplomat and Werkstatt Solidarische Welt e.V. Her work has been featured by international media outlets such as Dagbladet Information. She has also supported various United Nations conferences during her internships.
Her recent research focuses on the economics of trade and public policy. Her work examines how political and economic forces intersect to shape inequality and social change. She is also working as an EU Youth Ocean Advocate, contributing her data visualization and quantitative and qualitative research skills. She is a certified Korean language teacher accredited by the National Institute of the Korean Language. Following the completion of her master’s degree, she will serve at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris.
