KEI Vice President Mark Tokola was invited to speak on the geopolitical challenges on the Korean Peninsula for Angelo State University's Distinguished Speaker Series. He was joined by George Hutchinson, managing editor of the International Journal of Korean Studies; William Newcomb, former member of the United Nations Panel of Experts; and Greg Scarlatoiu, executive director of the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea.
