KEI's recent Lunar New Year Reception appeared in two newspapers yesterday -- the Joongang Ilbo and the Korea Times. The reception featured a spread cooked by Korean American Day honoree Jae Ok Chang, author of five Korean cookbooks and Director of the Global Korean Cuisine Research Center.
