Korea Club is a collaborative project sponsored by KEI. They are a series of dinners with keynote speakers who cover a range of topics, including human rights issues and security concerns on the Korean Peninsula.
On November 14, Korea Club hosted Jack Rendler, a country specialist for North Korea at the Amnesty International U.S. One of the attendees, Chang Se-moon, director of the Gulf Coast Center for Impact Studies, wrote an op-ed to the Korea Times on Rendler’s briefing on human rights violations in North Korea.
