KEI Vice President Mentioned on Arirang TV

On May 3, KEI Vice President Mark Tokola was quoted in a news broadcast on Korea's Arirang TV. In the story, Asisstant Secretary of State Daniel Russel reiterated the US position that it will never accept a nuclear North Korea. Tokola was then quoted as saying that North Korea could declare themselves a permanent nuclear state at its Worker's Party Congress this week.
