KEI Senior Director Quoted on Kaesong Closure

On February 11, the Seoul Shinmun newspaper quoted Troy Stangarone, KEI's senior director for congressional affairs and trade, regarding South Korea's decision to shut down the Kaesong Industrial Complex. Stangarone, who has written several articles on the topic of Kaesong, pointed out that this was actually a very significant indicator of the poor relations between the two Koreas.
