Speaking at a KEI event on the future of U.S.-Korea defense burdensharing, former USFK commander Walter “Skip” Sharp criticized President Donald Trump’s excessive demands of allies, stressing that the U.S. should not give up its alliance for a “couple of dollars” and that the alliance itself should be the number one thing considered.
