Voice of America quotes Troy Stangarone on the U.S.-ROK Joint Working Group on North Korea

In response to the creation of a U.S.-South Korea Joint Working Group on North Korea, KEI Senior Director Troy Stangarone told Voice of America that "there will be limits to what the consultative group can achieve [unless Washington and Seoul have] a common approach to North Korea that entails an agreed [upon] set of objectives.”
