KEI's Kyle Ferrier Quoted in UPI on Coordination within U.S. government ahead of DPRK Talks

KEI Director of Academic Affairs and Research Kyle Ferrier was quoted in a UPI article on challenges facing the U.S. administration ahead of the second Summit with North Korea.
In particular, Ferrier articulates the concern elicited by President Trump's unilateral suspension of the joint exercise with South Korea following the Singapore Summit: "There is a disconnect between him and the administration, and policymakers."
Other voices highlighted in the article also noted the unresolved burden sharing agreement with South Korea as an area of concern ahead of the Summit.
