KEI Senior Director on BBC World Service

KEI Senior Director for Congressional Affairs and Trade, Troy Stangarone, appeared on BBC World Service's Newsday program on October 13. On the program, which is a roundup of news of the day, Troy discussed Samsung's ongoing Galaxy Note 7 recall. Troy said that because they have not been able to find what is causing the phones to explode, it makes it difficult for Samsung to move past the issue. In addition, he said, Samsung's next phone will have to be innovative and perceived as safe in order to win back customers trust.
