KEI President's 90-day Pause Proposal supported in Column

On October 18th, Kim Ji-seok in a column for Hankyoreh mentioned the plausability of a 90-day pause proposal suggested by KEI President Donald Manzullo in an op-ed for The Hill. The Hankyoreh column can be read here, and the original The Hill op-ed can be read here.
