David Straub Op-Ed cited in Congressional Testimony

In her statement before a House Committee on Foreign Affairs hearing titled "Countering the North Korean Threat: New Steps in U.S. Policy" on February 7th, Dr. Sue Mi Terry of Bower Group Asia cited David Straub's op-ed published in the Hill about North Korea and the inadequacies of a freeze option, which was adapted from his paper for KEI's Academic Paper Series.
