Korea’s Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) is a policy research and consultation program which utilizes Korea’s knowledge and experiences accumulated throughout the development process to assist the development of partner countries. Dr. MoonJoong Tcha of the Korea Development Institute, will provide an in-depth overview and policy implications of the KSP including prospects to create a more effective development cooperation framework.
