Vice President Tokola Quoted on Korean TV

TV Chosun quoted KEI Vice President Mark Tokola in a recent broadcast on the topic of North Korea's Party Congress. The broadcast quoted Tokola as saying that the DPRK will likely cement its claim that it is a nuclear state at the upcoming meeting. The video also quotes Assistant Secretary Daniel Russel, who reiterated the American policy that they will not accept a nuclear North Korea.
