Biography
Jaehyoung Ju is an MA student in International Relations at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), concentrating in security, strategy, and statecraft in the Indo-Pacific. Before KEI, he supported SAIS with the planning and execution of the Trilateral Technology Leadership Training, which was announced during the 2023 Camp David Summit. Jaehyoung is a former Junior Ambassador for the 2024 Munich Security Conference, and interned at Asia Society Policy Institute and The Korea Society. He received his bachelor’s from New York University, double majoring in sociology and East Asian studies. His research interests include the intersection of energy, technology, and economic security, as well as the implications of population decline on national competitiveness.
