Dongwoo Kim

Dongwoo Kim is a J.D. candidate and Massey College Junior Fellow at the University of Toronto. Prior to attending law school, he led research on technology governance at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada as the manager of the Digital Asia program. Dongwoo holds degrees from University of Alberta (BA Honours), University of British Columbia (MA), and Peking University (MA), where he was a Yenching Scholar.
