UPI interviews Troy Stangarone on U.S.-China trade war

With Mike Pompeo scheduled to visit both Pyongyang and Beijing on his upcoming trip, UPI interviewed KEI Senior Director Troy Stangarone on the implications of the U.S.-China trade war on the ongoing negotiations with North Korea. Stangarone notes, "China is largely still enforcing sanctions;" however, if the need to reimpose pressure on Pyongyang arise, he believes Beijing will be reluctant to cooperate.
