KEI's Troy Stangarone was quoted in the Wall Street Journal article titled, "North Korea Doubles Down on China Ties."
"What we have seen so far are announcements that could lead to economic reforms, but actions that are contrary to the steps needed to revive the economy," said Troy Stangarone, senior director of congressional affairs and trade at the Korea Economic Institute of America.
