Regarding Foreign Minister Chung Eui-yong’s Comments in DC

On September 24, Radio Free Asia quoted KEI Senior Director Troy Stangarone in an article regarding Foreign Minister Chung Eui-yong's controversial comments about China at a Council on Foreign Relations meeting. Troy agreed with Chung that it is understandable that China wants a greater voice in the world than it did twenty years ago, but the real concern with China lies in its usage of economic influence to force or influence the policies of other nations.
