On September 20, KEI held a panel discussion on the path forward in negotiations with North Korea with former ROK Envoy to the 6-Party Talks Amb. Chun Yung-woo, former NSC Director for China and Korea Laura Rosenberger, and KEI President & CEO Amb. Kathleen Stephens. The event was timely, as it coincided with the conclusion of the inter-Korean summit in Pyongyang between President Moon and Kim Jong-un. Among the attendees were the U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun.
