Biography
Dr. Saeme Kim is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Korea Economic Institute of America (KEI). She was the inaugural Korea Foundation fellow at the Royal United Services Institute in London and a resident fellow at Pacific Forum International in Hawaii. Her articles have been published in International Affairs, the International Spectator, Asian Politics & Policy and International Politics. Her research interests include South Korean foreign policy, East Asian regionalism and middle power diplomacy. She received her PhD from King’s College London, her MSc from London School of Economics and Political Science, and her BA from Ewha Woman’s University in Seoul, South Korea.
