Dr. Jin-Young Moon is the head of the Global Cooperation Strategy Team at the Korea Institute of International Economic Policy (KIEP). He is also a research fellow with KIEP. Prior to KIEP, he worked for NH Investment & Futures Corp.

Dr. Moon holds a B.S. and M.A. in Agricultural Economics from Korea University and a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. He has written numerous articles focusing on environmental policy
