Michael Mansour is Senior Director of Government Relations for SK, serving as the lead policy professional and advocate for SK’s semiconductor and AI operating companies—including SK hynix, the global leader in high-bandwidth memory chips. In this role, Mr. Mansour develops and executes strategies to promote SK as a trusted partner to the U.S. government and technology ecosystem. He engages with senior officials in the Administration, Congress, and within state governments to support and defend the public policy and political interests of SK. Mr. Mansour is a thought leader and effective communicator in the realms of policymaking, the semiconductor industry, export controls and trade, and geopolitics. Prior to joining SK, Michael spent 12 years working as a policy professional in the United States Congress covering national security, foreign policy, technology, trade, energy, supply chains, industrial policy, and more. In 2020, he was the staff lead for his Member’s assignment to the House China Task Force and was credited by name for his contributions to the Task Force Report. Mr. Mansour holds a master’s degree in national security and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Georgia.
