About Jennifer Ahn
Jennifer Ahn is a Program Officer at the Korea Economic Institute of America (KEI), where she supports the KEI president in managing his research, writing, and administrative projects.
Prior to joining KEI, Jennifer was the research associate for Korea studies at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) from July 2021 to April 2024, where she provided research and administrative support for the program on U.S.-Korea policy. Her publications for CFR focused on the U.S.-South Korea alliance, South Korean politics, and Northeast Asian security. She has also worked as the South Korea intern at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Korean Affairs, the Korea Studies intern at CFR, and the South Korea intern at the Eurasia Group.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Korean Language and Literature from Boston University and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Asian Studies at George Washington University.
