Hyun-jung Je

Dr. Hyun-jung Je is President of the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) Washington DC Office. Before this role, Dr. Je served as Director at KITA, where she assisted Korean companies in matters of trade remedy cases and worked on government relations in international trade. She was also a Research Fellow at KITA, researching Korea’s export and import flow, Korea’s FTA policies, and the economic effects of such policies. In the researcher role, she also participated in the Korea-Japan FTA joint study as a representative of Korean traders.

Previously, Dr. Je served as Private Counsel for the ROK Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She received a B.A. in International Affairs, M.A. in International Affairs, and Ph.D. in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Seoul National University.
