Christophe Besse is the Minister Counsellor and the Head of the Trade and Economy Section at the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Korea. Prior to his current position, Mr. Besse served as the Senior Expert on trade defense relations and negotiation with China, Japan, Korea, and ASEAN countries at the Directorate-General for Trade, European Commission.
