Andrea Viski is a Senior Fellow and Director of the Trade and Investment Security Program at the Stimson Center. She is also the Founder and Director of the Strategic Trade Research Institute (STRI), a board-governed non-profit organization dedicated to building networks of strategic trade research and practice.
