Clark Sorensen

Clark W. Sorensen is Professor of International Studies at the University of Washington and Director of the Center for Korea Studies in the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies. An anthropologist, he did his initial fieldwork in South Korea in 1976–77 in a mountain village in western Kangwŏn Province. Since then, he has done fieldwork in several other sites in South Korea, as well as revisiting his original field site several times.
