Leadership Development and Networking

The Korea Economic Institute is committed to fostering the next generation of Korea watchers through a variety of programs aimed at increasing the personal and work connections between students, young professionals and established members of the U.S.-Korea policy community.

One of the most effective programs KEI provides is the internship program, which allows 10-12 graduate students a year to be involved in the inner workings of DC’s premier U.S.-Korea policy institute. Interns have the opportunity to meet and work with government, academic, and policy leaders on projects and programs with direct relevance to current events.
